Charming Stay with a Friendly Touch
The reception staff was exceptionally warm, and the kitchen facilities were a delight. Complimentary tea and coffee were available, making my mornings much better!
I found my en-suite room quite warm during my stay, and the noise from the street made it challenging to catch some restful sleep.

The place was very clean and organised.
My stay was marred by loud disturbances at night. Guests pounded on the door, frightening me as I was alone. The lack of security made me feel uneasy, and I would reconsider staying in the future.

The location is fantastic, right near the city center and accessible to halal restaurants. The staff, especially Ameena, were incredibly helpful and facilitated an easy check-in and check-out process. Spacious room with a well-supplied communal kitchen, friendly staff, and laundry facilities available at no cost. The location is lovely, close to historical colleges and parks. 🎓🌳
The bathroom felt a bit cramped, and I would have preferred a kettle in the room for my morning tea.

Convenient location and a clean environment
I really enjoyed my stay, especially with the shared kitchen that was well-maintained and had all the necessary appliances. The room itself was clean, had a private bathroom, and included thoughtful touches like a bottle of water and cookies. being a short walk from the city center made it easy to explore. the street noise at night did make it tough to get a good night's sleep.
